The Core Protocol

Standing Inside Their Day

Before any story is told on stage, members live a fragment of it. Over 3-5 days, shadow the person whose story you'll tell – riding along on deliveries, walking a sanitation route, or sitting on a factory floor. No recording devices, just sustained, real presence.

A member rode along with a food-delivery worker through a Hyderabad monsoon evening, retelling the story from inside his soaked raincoat and fear of missing the next order.

A member walked a municipal sweeper's route for four mornings, 4:30–7:00 AM, opening their story with the specific sound of a broom on wet stone.

A member spent a full shift on a garment factory floor, stitching alongside workers, and told the story of a woman who'd worked the same machine for eleven years.
